LDRP Registered Nurse – Direct Hire

Pay Range: $38–$55 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum team. This role provides comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout the antepartum, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases while supporting the health and safety of both mothers and newborns.

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strong assessment skills, teamwork, and sound clinical judgment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Assess and provide nursing care for patients throughout antepartum, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods.
Monitor maternal and fetal status and recognize changes requiring timely intervention.
Provide safe, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns.
Perform comprehensive newborn assessments and provide appropriate newborn care.
Demonstrate proficiency in fetal monitoring and interpretation.
Maintain knowledge and competency in sterile technique and management of the sterile field.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, midwives, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
Respond appropriately to obstetric and neonatal emergencies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the childbirth experience.
Follow established hospital policies, procedures, and patient-safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the state of practice.
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification/competency required.
BLS required.
NRP required.
ACLS required.
Emergency Workshop certification required within 12 months of hire.
STABLE certification required within 12 months of hire.
SAFER New Mexico (NM) Technician certification preferred, where applicable.
Demonstrated competency in maternal and newborn assessment and care.
Knowledge and demonstrated ability to maintain sterile technique and a sterile field.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Details: $59.00 to $60.00 per hour
