Bring your nursing skills to a team supporting people through mental health and substance use challenges. Whether you have behavioral health experience or are ready to explore the specialty, you’ll receive the training and support to grow into the role.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with three 12-hour shifts per week, a consistent day or night schedule, and no rotating shifts.

What you’ll get

Shift differentials:

• Weeknight: 10%

• Weekend day: 15%

• Weekend night: 30%

What you’ll do

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care

• Complete assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses

• Support patients with crisis stabilization, recovery, and discharge planning

• Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation to help maintain a safe environment

• Partner with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, behavioral health technicians, and other clinicians

• Keep accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards

What you’ll bring

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license

• Strong communication and clinical judgment

• A compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care

• Behavioral health experience is welcome, but not required. Experience in psychiatry, detox, emergency care, corrections, or medical-surgical nursing can also prepare you for this role.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $65.00 per hour
