Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice | Huntingdon, TN

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice contract in Huntingdon, TN. This is an excellent opportunity to join a compassionate, patient-focused team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of hospice patients and their families.

Job Details

• Location: Huntingdon, TN

• Contract Length: 3-Month Contract, with possibility of extension

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits

• On-Call Requirement: Shared weekly and weekend on-call rotation

• Weekend Requirement: Required as part of the on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of hospice patients in home and community settings

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team

• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

• Provide education and support to patients and their families

• Deliver compassionate end-of-life care

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active RN license

• Hospice Case Manager experience

• Ability to manage patient visits independently

• Reliable transportation for local travel

• Strong assessment and documentation skills

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
