Responsibilities for Seasonal Recruitment Ops Specialist include but are not limited to: 

·       Collaborate and communicate with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams, People Team stakeholders, hiring managers, and employees throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.

·       Manage recruitment-related processes, including staffing support, onboarding, assessments, compliance activities, case management, and M&A-related integration efforts.

·       Consult with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and talent acquisition processes.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement, drive innovations, and support special projects and ad hoc initiatives.

·       Deliver presentations, provide guidance on TA services, and handle sensitive/confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Candidates for Seasonal Recruitment Ops Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       2+ years of professional experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related corporate environment.

·       Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·       Strong ability to communicate, consult, and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

·       Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience with recruiting technologies (e.g., Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue, TalentSource CRM) and strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.

Pay Details: $21.40 per hour
