Position Summary
Adecco is assisting our client in Portland who is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring initiatives by sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality recruitment process while building talent pipelines to support current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
  • Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop diverse candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Promote the employee referral program and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed on local market trends and adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with recruiting technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and selection best practices.
  • Ability to work in a metric-driven environment.
  • Insurance industry experience and HR certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $34.00 per hour
