We're looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated Recruiter to join our client's in-house recruiting team in Goodyear, AZ!

This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with recruiting experience who's ready to take the next step in their career, build meaningful relationships, and make a real impact within a growing organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver exceptional candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Keep recruiting records organized and up to date.
• Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency to the hiring process!

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting experience preferred — agency staffing or in-house recruiting experience is a plus!
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Comfortable using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize openings, and meet recruiting goals.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping people succeed.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
