Recruiter I

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Recruiter positions in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Responsibilities:

· Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions
· Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, establish hiring priorities, and support workforce planning efforts
· Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels
· Coordinate onboarding activities, new hire orientation, background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree required
· Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
· Experience managing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding, and contingent workforce needs
· Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

· Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
