Recruiter - Durham, NC

Adecco is hiring a Recruiter to support our client in Durham, NC. In this role, Recruiters are responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders. The purpose of this role is to acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates.

 

Pay & Location

 

·       Pay Rate: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour

·       Work Location: Durham, NC

 

What You’ll Do

 

·       Manage high volume full-cycle recruiting for seasonal positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers

·       Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

·       Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

·       Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics as needed

 

Qualifications

 

·       1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume or seasonal environment

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Valid Driver’s License

·       Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

·       Proven ability to manage multiple task and deadlines simultaneously

·       Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

·       Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

·       Flexibility to work varied hours during peak periods, including some evenings and weekends if necessary

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8am - 5pm
