Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Administrative Assistant job on the South side of Lafayette, IN. This is for a temp-to-hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As an Administrative Assistant you will answer inquiries and provide information to customers, visitors, and other interested parties, walk in and by phone. The ideal candidate is excellent at multi-tasking, friendly, organized, and is comfortable working in a fast- paced environment. You may be running daily errands using personal vehicle, data entry, filing and assisting other departments, among other things that are assigned. Must have strong Excel. Hours are 8-4:30 Monday through Friday with Pay rate $19.00 to $21.00/ hour. Bilingual is a PLUS!
Qualifications:
- HSD/GED
- Valid Driver’s License/ Proof of Insurance
- Must have Strong Excel
- Must have experience working in office environment
