Reach Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach forklifts and lift-clamp equipment to unload inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.
• Precisely pick customer orders, verifying items against shipping documents to ensure correct fulfillment.
• Inspect containers for damage or safety issues, promptly reporting any concerns to maintain operational safety.
• Support inventory management by utilizing computer systems to track, process, and document warehouse activities.
• Assist with outbound shipments and maintain organized, clean workspaces to promote efficiency.
• Adhere to all warehouse policies, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification with at least one year of safe operating experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and shipment verification.
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures, shipping, and inventory control systems.
• Experience using warehouse computer systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
