Quality Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using precision measuring tools, reading blueprints, and performing quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Aerospace experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify quality issues and communicate findings to the production team.
  • Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous manufacturing quality inspection experience.
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Aerospace manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards.
  • Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI).
  • Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection processes.
  • Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).


Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
