Quality Control Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of mobile devices to evaluate their condition.

• Identify, document, and communicate any defects or issues observed during inspection.

• Perform precise component-level repairs by analyzing problems, troubleshooting hardware, and applying effective solutions.

• Handle small parts and tools with accuracy and care, ensuring quality workmanship.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with established protocols.

• Accurately record all inspection and repair activities, ensuring traceability and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Basic familiarity with repair tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers.

• Ability to perform mobile device repairs at the component level.

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Excellent dexterity and precision when handling small parts and tools.

• Willingness to learn and grow; prior experience is a plus but not required.

• Knowledge of mobile device hardware components, including circuit boards and displays, is advantageous.

• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 20 lbs.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
