Quality Control Inspector

Adecco Staffing is working with a growing medical device manufacturing company in Chelmsford, MA to bring on an experienced Quality Control Inspector on a temp to hire basis. This company offers a clean work environment, strong training, and long term growth opportunities.

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday. Overtime available on Saturdays as needed.

Pay: $22.00/hour + overtime pay for Saturday hours

Location: Chelmsford, MA

Job Duties:

· Perform quality inspections of medical device components and finished products
· Inspect products using visual inspection and basic measuring tools
· Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and specifications
· Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records
· Identify and report defective or non-conforming products
· Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues
· Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
· Follow all company safety and quality procedures
· Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards

Requirements:

· 1+ years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
· Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience a plus
· Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
· Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
· Basic computer and documentation skills
· Ability to stand for an entire shift
· Strong attendance and reliability required
· Ability to work overtime on Saturdays when needed

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
