Quality Control Bench Inspector – Aerospace
Location: Portland, CT
Shifts: 1st Shift 7am to 3:30pm

With this job, you’re not just checking parts - you’re ensuring components meet exact aerospace standards before they ever leave the bench.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect precision parts using visual and measurement tools
- Read blueprints, specs, and certifications to confirm compliance
- Perform detailed layouts and First Article Inspections (FAI) and Ensure every part meets strict aerospace quality standards
- MUST HAVE 2+ years of inspection experience in aerospace, medical, or similar precision industry
- MUST HAVE Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- MUST HAVE: Comfortable with Excel and performing basic shop math
- MUST HAVE: Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints, specifications, and certifications
- Experience with Inspection Xpert or Net-Inspect
- Layout inspection experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
