Adecco is hiring a QA Training Specialist to support our client in Durham, NC. In this role, you’ll help develop a high-performing quality team by delivering impactful training, coaching, and continuous improvement support. You’ll be a key partner in onboarding, strengthening QA training processes, and helping teams maintain consistent quality performance across operations.

Pay & Location

  • Pay Rate: $18.50–$19.88 per hour

  • Work Location: Durham, NC

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver training and development for QA team members through hands-on instruction, mentoring, job shadowing, workshops, and other learning methods

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and temporary QA employees to ensure consistent expectations and quality standards

  • Evaluate training effectiveness by assessing performance, identifying development needs, and recommending improvements to close skill gaps

  • Conduct audits to measure employee knowledge and performance, document findings, and help resolve training deficiencies

  • Partner cross-functionally to strengthen training programs, enhance QA processes, and improve overall operational performance

  • Follow safety and compliance standards, including company policies, work instructions, ISO requirements, and departmental goals

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, training, manufacturing, or a related environment

  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply written and verbal instructions

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts

  • Willingness to work overtime, including mandatory overtime as required

Schedule

Rotating 12-hour schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend off

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.88 per hour
