Adecco is currently assisting a local property management firm in Durham, NH with hiring a Part-Time Property Operations & Marketing Coordinator.

This is a year-round, part-time opportunity offering approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during peak periods. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, resident interaction, marketing, leasing support, and creative projects.

The team offers a collaborative and flexible work environment where responsibilities may evolve based on your strengths and interests. Training will be provided, with potential opportunities for future growth into a full-time position.

Job Title: Part-time Property Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Durham, NH

Hours: Part time schedule, approximately 20 hours per week, hours scheduled between 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour

 

Responsibilities Include:

Property Operations & Administration

  • Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and prospective residents

  • Maintain property records and update CRM systems

  • Assist with invoicing, payments, data entry, and general administrative tasks

  • Complete occasional local errands, with mileage reimbursement provided

  • Help maintain organized and presentable common areas

Leasing & Resident Support

  • Conduct property and apartment tours during leasing season

  • Respond to prospective resident inquiries

  • Assist with leasing-related administrative tasks

  • Help create a welcoming and positive resident experience

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Assist with social media and marketing campaigns

  • Create basic graphics, promotional materials, and videos using Canva

  • Develop ideas for resident engagement and property promotions

  • Build relationships with local businesses and community partners

  • Assist with planning and hosting resident events

  • Help manage the property's snack and beverage area

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional, dependable, and friendly communication style

  • Comfortable using technology, social media, and online systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Interest in marketing, social media, or creative projects

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn

Preferred Experience:

  • Property management or CRM software

  • Customer service, hospitality, or event planning

  • Canva or social media content creation

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
