Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading global organization in Princeton, NJ. This hybrid opportunity offers a dynamic environment where you'll lead critical operational projects supporting global assessment programs and publications.

  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will support the paper-based test operations team while serving as a resource and backup support for digital test operations. This role requires strong project management, budgeting, vendor management, and analytical skills to ensure the successful execution of global operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process for creating and updating publications supporting multiple English language assessment programs.

  • Partner with print vendors to create, monitor, and manage print production projects.

  • Maintain project plans and timelines for all active print jobs.

  • Track project costs, analyze spending, and provide budget forecasts to senior leadership.

  • Maintain expertise on operational publications and implement updates as needed.

  • Manage global score report verification requests.

  • Collaborate with inventory and order management teams to identify materials requiring reprints and replenishment.

  • Lead the annual Worldwide Data Reports process from start to finish.

  • Manage Alternate Test Format (ATF) testing materials, including planning, content development coordination, publishing, and project scheduling.

  • Respond to inquiries related to disability testing accommodations.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) reviews for new test forms and materials.

  • Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and trends in data.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with:

    • Microsoft Excel

    • Microsoft Word

    • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal software systems, including:

    • SharePoint

    • IOPS

    • Program Workshop



Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
