Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:

·       Lead end-to-end projects from planning through delivery.

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success.

·       Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and workflows.

·       Maintain project tracking and status reporting in Workfront or similar tools.

·       Apply Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

·       Manage multi-channel production projects across digital, eCommerce, print, video, and packaging.

·       Oversee project scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

·       Gather and validate specifications to ensure production accuracy.

·       Coordinate print, digital, packaging, and website content updates.

·       Monitor project performance and identify process improvement opportunities.

 

Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

·       3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience within a creative agency, marketing agency, in-house creative team, or similar client-service environment.

·       Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery.

·       Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.

·       Strong understanding of Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies.

·       Experience managing integrated marketing and production projects across multiple media channels.

·       Knowledge of digital, eCommerce, print, broadcast, promotional, video, and packaging production workflows.

·       Ability to develop project schedules, manage timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate resources effectively.

·       Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, reporting project status, and communicating with internal and external partners.

·       Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

·       Experience supporting print production and packaging design projects preferred.

·       Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

·       Proficiency in project performance tracking, process improvement, and workflow optimization.

Pay: $ 39.35 /hr - $ 39.35 /hr on W2 without Benefits.

Shift: Hybrid, 8am - 5:00pm

Pay Details: $39.35 per hour
