Project Manager
Project Manager – HVAC / Process Piping | Sparks, NV
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and/or process piping who can do more than manage projects — this person must have a proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.

7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and/or process piping project management; 10+ years strongly preferred.

Proven success both managing projects and generating/winning new work, ideally with examples of commercial projects personally won from $50K to multi-million-dollar values.

Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including estimating, proposals, contracts, procurement, construction, financials, change orders, and project closeout.

Strong commercial construction background — ground-up/new-build projects preferred; this is not a service-focused role.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners while identifying new opportunities.

Experience overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and/or process piping projects from concept through completion, coordinating engineering, purchasing, accounting, and field operations.

Strong financial and business acumen, including job costing, forecasting, billing, budgeting, and profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.

Must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of both business development and project execution.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 per year
