Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:

·       Lead the development, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise-wide Data Risk Management programs within the Global Payment Network organization.

·       Drive large-scale data migration initiatives, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Translate data risk frameworks and governance requirements into actionable project plans, timelines, and execution strategies.

·       Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

·       Partner with Enterprise Data Risk Management (EDRM), business leaders, technology teams, cybersecurity teams, and data architects to deliver secure and compliant data solutions.

·       Establish reporting processes, dashboards, and executive-level communications to provide visibility into project progress, risks, and key decisions.

·       Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support data governance, sensitive data management, metadata management, and data lifecycle initiatives.

·       Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful program delivery.

·       Ensure data ecosystems are secure, well-managed, and compliant with organizational policies and industry regulations.

·       Support the creation of scalable frameworks, controls, and processes that strengthen enterprise data risk management capabilities.

 

Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Experience leading large-scale data migration and data risk management initiatives.

·       Background in financial services and regulated environments.

·       Strong project management skills, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency management.

·       Knowledge of enterprise data concepts, including data storage, pipelines, metadata, and sensitive data management.

·       Ability to collaborate across business, technology, cybersecurity, and data teams.

·       Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

·       PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred.

Pay Details: $44.85 per hour
