Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator role include but are not limited to: 

·       Coordinates the tester builds with the Manufacturing.

·       Identifies and communicates any roadblocks during tester build and coordinates to bring resolution to deliver solutions to clients on time.

·       Strong ability to track inventory, project schedules, and logistics.

·       Quickly procures parts for the team when needed.

·       Identifies and solves part procurement needs and issues.

·       Tracks part availability and maintains communication with procurement teams to ensure there are no availability problems.

·       Assists the Project Manager in achieving the project deadlines and milestones.

·       Responsible for project logistics and ensuring prototype and manufacturing jobs are run correctly and on time. Do this by coordinating with PCB services, manufacturing, engineering, and services groups, and by tracking and following up with these teams to ensure deliverables are provided on time.

·       Follows up and thoroughly tracks results of all assigned tasks.

·       Effectively communicates with vendors, stakeholders and technical teams.

·       Maintains project documentation and data, audits project data and provides report out for adherence.

 

Candidates for this Project Coordinator role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

 

·       A minimum of 5 years of project coordinator experience

·       Well versed in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

·       Experience in manufacturing or hardware-based roles

·       Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) management 

·       Experience supporting engineering groups in corporate environment

·       Experience using Agile and Oracle

Pay Details: $34.58 per hour
