About the Role:

As a Project Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining all internal field and store communications in a clearly defined voice and brand as well as managing the distribution and timelines of communications in a variety of formats. A successful Project Communications Specialist is a passionate advocate for the field and their success, and uses that passion as the lens through which communication strategy is developed and implemented. Project management and relationship building are key skills required for this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish clear written and visual communications, including guides, manuals, emails, tasks, and announcements.

  • Develop communication plans and support the rollout of new programs, processes, and initiatives to stores and field teams.

  • Partner with corporate and field teams to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and effective.

  • Serve as a liaison between stores, field leaders, and corporate departments, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.

  • Manage communication projects from planning through completion, ensuring deadlines, approvals, and quality standards are met.

  • Prepare and distribute store communications by researching content, gathering information, and ensuring accuracy.

  • Support ongoing maintenance and updates of store portal content and reference materials.

  • Present communication recommendations and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Ensure all communications reflect company values, brand standards, and audience needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or other related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in relevant field

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; experience in creating engaging communication

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively present information to all levels within the team and organization

  • Proven ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously while managing shifting priorities and delivering quality results

  • Advanced PC Skills, Microsoft Office Applications, Publisher, Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with task management software a plus

  • Enthusiastic, positive, creative, self-motivated, open to feedback

 

Additional Details:

  • Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

  • Hybrid work schedule

  • Parking: On-campus parking available.

  • Environment: Business casual dress code.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
