Responsibilities for Program Manager II include but are not limited to:

·       Lead acquisition of prospective participants for Apple’s Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC).

·       This position is responsible for the implementation of multi-channeled out-reach for the recruitment of small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs) and student's participants for Apple’s AMC including:

o   Conducting market research to discover the best way to reach eligible SMBs and students planning implementing and facilitating social media outreach implementing other inquiry generating activity.

o   The role requires a driven, independent person who can easily grasp the vision of Apple’s AMC and translate that vision into relatable messaging and benefits to potential participants. 

·       This role requires the ability to work across different teams to design and implement candidate assessment processes that are in line with the Apple policy.

·       Ideally, the candidate should have five plus years' experience with work in start-up companies or directly with SMBs preferred.

Candidates for Program Manager II must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Passion for developing SMBs and start-up companies

·       5+ years of proven experience in implementing high impact, successful promotion programs for SMBs, start-up companies, and students

·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

·       Thrives in ambiguous work environment, highly collaborative and results focused

·       Planning and scheduling of venues, and resources for business conventions

·       Data-driven with strong analytical skills

·       Strong work ethic and high integrity

Pay Details: $50.00 to $57.68 per hour
