Key Responsibilities

·         Identify components and parts according to work orders and documentation

·         Inspect washed and tumbled components for defects and adherence to quality standards

·         Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

·         Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools

·         Document completed assemblies and part numbers to ensure full traceability

·         Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes

·         Safely handle and transport components to prevent damage

·         Maintain accurate production and assembly records

·         Operate hand tools, power tools, and laser equipment to complete assembly tasks

Qualifications

·         Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience

·         Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

·         Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions

·         Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment

·         Team-oriented attitude with a focus on reliability and accountability

 

Danbury, CT location

Pay rate - $23.65 hr

Hours – 7am – 3:30pm – Pay Rate - $23.65 hr

Also some 2nd shift available – 3:30pm – 12am – $ 26.02 hr

Pay Details: $23.65 to $26.02 per hour
