Adecco is hiring for a Production Worker – Material Prep & Cutting (Entry-Level, Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Liverpool, NY
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Options (after training):

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Includes: 30-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 15-minute breaks

About the Opportunity

Adecco is currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker – Material Prep & Cutting for a small fabrication shop in Liverpool, NY.

This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who is comfortable with physical, repetitive work and values accuracy and consistency. This role is temp-to-hire, with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials for production use

• Measure and cut sheets to required specifications

• Follow simple work instructions accurately

• Label, organize, and stage materials correctly

• Support general production needs as required

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions carefully and consistently

• Basic ability to read and use a tape measure

• Comfortable with repetitive, physical tasks

• Willing to work with materials such as foam and fiberglass

• Able to bend, twist, stand, and move continuously throughout an 8-hour shift

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment & Safety

• Hands-on fabrication environment

• Some materials (including fiberglass) may cause irritation if not handled properly

• PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and dust masks is provided and required

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
