Production Technician - Fremont, CA

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.50 per hour

• Status: Temp-to-Perm

• Overtime: Mandatory

Role Overview:
The Production Technician will be instrumental in operating various machinery and performing tasks related to the machining of ceramic parts. Under the guidance of the Team Lead, you will learn and execute multiple processes, helping to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment such as sanding, grinding, milling, sawing, and measuring tools to meet exact customer specifications.

• Safely handle and load ceramic powder into elastomeric tooling for processing into semi-densified parts, following all safety and quality protocols.

• Follow detailed in-house work instructions, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Assist with diverse projects and tasks across different shop areas, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

• Receive hands-on training in powder handling and elastomeric tooling processes.

• Prepare and join metal and ceramic components of various sizes and shapes using soldering techniques.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and consistently.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and execute various production tasks efficiently.

• Flexibility to support different shop functions as needed, showing adaptability.

• Experience with power tools and hand tools is required.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.50 per hour
