Production Technician

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for a Production Technician position in Miramar, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay rate of $24-$27 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture finished products derived from human tissue using aseptic techniques while adhering to established SOPs
• Decontaminate, wrap, and autoclave reusable manufacturing materials and supplies in accordance with SOPs
• Perform cleanroom and equipment cleaning, decontamination, calibration, and environmental monitoring activities
• Accurately document manufacturing processes and support activities in controlled records, ensuring compliance and traceability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment following quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience using aseptic techniques required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and documentation requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
