Production Supervisor

Supervises production employees in the fabrication and prcessing of Aerospace Transparency material and parts
Responsible for 5S initiatives by indentifying and eliminating waste in all phases of production process
Reviews, counsels, evaluates and disciplines employees as necessary
monitors and controls cost of manufacturing, including material usage and overtime
Successfully run the manufacturing floor while maintaining a safe environment, meeting critical KPI's while driving engagement
Bachelors degree and 2 plus years of leadership preferred
Aerosapce industry a plus 
AS9100 lean manufacturing princiiples and kaizen strongly preferred
medical, dental, vision and 401K offerred 

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
