Adecco is recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a client in the Syracuse area. This is a direct hire opportunity supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation on an overnight shift schedule.

Schedule- 9:30pm-6:30/6:45am

OT available beyond normal schedule/projects/weekends

Salary- 65,000-72,000, depending on experience


This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, communication skills, and the ability to lead employees in a fast-moving environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support production employees throughout the shift

  • Drive productivity, safety, quality, and operational goals

  • Maintain professional and consistent employee communication

  • Support employee coaching, accountability, and problem-solving

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

  • Coordinate with other supervisors and plant leadership as needed

  • Assist in maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting


Qualifications:

  • Prior manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required

  • Experience in fast-paced production or operations environments 

  • Strong communication and people management skills

  • Ability to think quickly and problem solve in a production environment

  • Comfortable working in a highly active role with significant time spent on the floor

  • Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus
