📍 Location: Winchester, KY
🕔 Shift: 2nd Shift | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
💲 Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year
Adecco is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and developing employees.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support production operations to meet daily goals
Supervise Group Leaders and production associates
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement (Kaizen)
Coach, train, and develop team members
Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues
Coordinate with HR, Production Control, Engineering, and other departments
Ensure compliance with company policies, work instructions, and quality standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Associate degree or related certifications preferred
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with lean manufacturing, Kanban, 5S, and traceability preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Ability to lead, motivate, and train large teams
We're looking for candidates with a stable work history and proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
