Production Supervisor – 1st Shift

Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Chandler, AZ

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule:

  • Approximately 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week

  • Schedule may vary based on production demands

  • Occasional weekend coverage may be required


About the Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a growing and established manufacturer in the health, wellness, and consumer products industry to identify an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity in Chandler, Arizona.

This leadership role will support manufacturing operations within the Encapsulation and Compression Department, overseeing production employees, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring products are manufactured safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead daily production operations within the Encapsulation and Compression department

  • Direct and support a team of approximately 14–15 production employees

  • Review production schedules and coordinate resources to achieve operational goals

  • Partner closely with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime

  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, safety, and company standards

  • Monitor production performance and workforce productivity

  • Train, coach, and develop employees to support operational success

  • Complete production reports and maintain accurate operational records

  • Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment

  • Escalate operational concerns appropriately and assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar leadership role

  • Experience leading employees in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work effectively with maintenance teams

  • Experience reading and executing production schedules

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing production demands

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related systems

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines


Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

  • Experience working within cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments

  • Experience with encapsulation, compression, blending, mixing, powders, or batch manufacturing processes

  • Experience supervising production teams of 10+ employees
