🕒 Schedule

Regular Shift:

• Monday through Friday

• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Paid Training:

• 1-2 weeks of classroom training

• 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in building high-quality electro-mechanical products that help keep the aerospace industry moving.

✅ Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

✅ Follow work instructions, schematics, and technical documentation

✅ Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

✅ Perform routine equipment maintenance

✅ Set up materials and support production processes

✅ Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals

✅ Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed

🎯 What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Basic computer and math skills

• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures

• Strong communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

📋 Additional Requirements

• Proof of citizenship required for security badging (U.S. Passport or Birth Certificate)

• Proof of education required (High School Diploma or GED)

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
