Position Details:

• Location: Orange, CA

• Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Shifts:

  • 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

  • 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (training on 1st or 2nd shift for the first month)

• Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain departmental equipment, ensuring smooth production flow

• Conduct quality checks, perform preventative maintenance, and make minor repairs as needed

• Accurately enter job data into the manufacturing tracking system

• Read and interpret shop orders to verify completed operations, counts, and quality standards

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Ensure panels meet quality standards before moving to subsequent stages

• Support team efforts and cross-train in other areas to foster a collaborative workspace

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a comparable industry

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand and walk for an extended shift, including on uneven surfaces

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications effectively

• Proficient in basic computer skills for data entry

• Good communication skills in English for safe and efficient operation

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as necessary

• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to cross-train
