Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment while supporting daily production schedules.

• Manufacture and/or test products according to cGMP standards and accurately complete all required production documentation.

• Review, follow, and sign Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions while ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

• Verify materials, inspect products during production, perform line clearance activities, and reconcile materials after production runs.

• Enter and maintain production and material usage records within systems such as QAD and Oracle.

 

 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, laboratory, or related industrial environments.

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment and following detailed work instructions.

• Ability to work in a regulated environment and follow quality systems, SOPs, and safety procedures.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to use production systems such as QAD or Oracle.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as production demands require.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
