Production Operations

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Production Operation positions in Wytheville, VA. • Monday through Friday- 10:30pm- 6:30pm

• Weekly paycheck 

• Pay: $18:50/hr

Responsibilities:  

·       Operate Compression Presses to produce molded rubber parts while following safety regulations and standard operating instructions (SOIs).

·       Load, unload, and inspect molded parts, ensuring products meet quality and inspection standards and identifying defects when necessary.

·       Prepare materials for production, including assembling and weighing rubber compounds, loading molds, and starting cure cycles according to specifications.

·       Maintain production records and workplace safety, accurately documenting required information and using PPE such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

Requirements:  

·       High School Diploma/GED preferred.

·       Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety regulations, and inspection standards.

·       Ability to operate multiple presses with different processes.

·       Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
