Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks and remove damaged products from conveyor belts, ensuring product standards.
• Transport products safely throughout the facility, maintaining smooth operations.
• Sanitize and handle products according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with all other duties as assigned to support team productivity.

What We Are Looking For:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, including exposure to heat, cold, and wet conditions.
• Physical capability to stand for entire shifts, bend, reach, crouch, lift up to 50 lbs., and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and quickly.
• Good hand-eye coordination, with vision abilities including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
• Comfort working with sanitation chemicals and wearing required protective gear such as gloves, goggles, face shields, rain suits, and slip-resistant footwear.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Work Environment:
Candidates will operate in areas with wide temperature variations from 35°F to 100°F, often wet and slippery, with loud noise levels typical of manufacturing settings. Safety gear, including hairnets, frocks, and hearing protection, is mandatory.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
