Production Lead

Are you a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience looking for an opportunity in Miami, OK? We are seeking a Production Lead to help oversee third-shift operations, support production goals, and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

 

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the production team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.

• Coordinate daily production activities and employee rotations.

• Train, mentor, and develop new and existing team members.

• Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate with leadership as needed.

• Provide coverage on the production floor during breaks, absences, or staffing needs.

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Assist the Production Supervisor and serve as backup when needed.

• Help maintain a clean, organized work environment.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift.

• Stand on concrete surfaces for 8-12 hours.

• Work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions.

• Perform repetitive movements as needed.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
