Production Lead

Responsibilities for a Production Lead include but are not limited to:

• Lead and support production operations for roof ridge manufacturing, including Rippers and Folders.

• Operate forklifts to transport materials and support production activities as needed.

• Monitor workflow to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

• Assist team members with daily production tasks and material handling responsibilities.

Candidates for Production Lead must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Forklift certification and recent forklift operating experience required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Must successfully complete a Forklift Assessment.

• Steel-toe shoes required.

• Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
