Production Group Lead

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company in the Sikeston, MO area to hire a full-time Production Group Lead. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor key production operations across manufacturing processes
• Ensure production meets quality, safety, and process specifications
• Monitor product quality, chemical composition, and process performance
• Coordinate metal/material requests and production inputs
• Identify and address process deviations, defects, and equipment issues
• Work closely with Maintenance to resolve equipment problems and minimize downtime
• Complete production reports and document shift activities, deviations, and nonconformities
• Support and guide production team members to maintain efficient operations

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lead, communicate, and troubleshoot effectively

Our client offers:

• An excellent pay rate starting at 32/hour

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
