Looking for a hands-on job with competitive pay, steady work, and an opportunity to learn new skills? Adecco is hiring Production Associates for a local manufacturing company.

No manufacturing experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a willingness to learn. Training is available for candidates who are ready to work and grow.

Pay: $18.00–$20.00+/hour, based on experience and skills

What You’ll Do

• Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment

• Follow work instructions and quality standards

• Perform basic measurements and product inspections

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• Work with the team to meet daily production goals

• Follow established safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

• Ability to use measuring tools or willingness to learn

• Good attention to detail

• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to work overtime when needed

• Machine shop experience is a plus

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
