Production Associate

Lawrenceburg, KY $15.00/hour 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No Overtime Required

Adecco is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Lawrenceburg, KY. This position offers a consistent first-shift schedule with weekends off and no mandatory overtime.

Our client, specializes in the manufacturing of decorative ceramic tile products, mosaics, and custom ceramic components used in residential and commercial construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery

• Assist in cutting, finishing, and packaging ceramic tile products

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Perform general production and assembly duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
