Production Associate

Location: La Mirada, CA
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM 
(Must be open to eventually moving to 3rd shift 10pm-6a)

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in La Mirada. This position is responsible for supporting production operations by ensuring quality standards are met, finished products are properly prepared for shipment, and work areas remain safe and organized.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Count, inspect, and stack finished products according to production requirements.
• Read and follow factory orders, production schedules, and product specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and complete required production documentation accurately.
• Read gauges and apply basic math skills to support manufacturing processes.
• Assemble packaging materials, including foam and corrugated products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, equipment, and work areas.
• Apply load tags and report equipment or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Corrugated packaging industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Comfortable reading production orders and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Bilingual is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour
