Production Associate L5 L9

Adecco is currently hiring Production Associates for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Syracuse, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in a regulated production environment. Training is provided on-site.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Typical schedule: 4 days per week

• Generally Monday - Thursday

• Mandatory overtime may require Monday - Friday schedules

Pay

$19.50 per hour

Job Summary

As a Production Associate, you will support the filling, packaging, and labeling of non-sterile penicillin products used in veterinary applications. This role involves operating high-speed production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following strict quality and safety regulations.

Work may be performed in both:

• Class 10,000 cleanroom environments

• Non-classified cleanroom production areas

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements vary based on the work area and task being performed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

• Operate non-sterile filling, packaging, and labeling equipment

• Perform routine cleaning of production areas and equipment

• Complete required production logs and documentation accurately

• Conduct inspections, calculations, and quality checks as required

• Gather materials and complete check-in procedures

• Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements

• Assist with preventative maintenance activities as directed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately

• Willingness to wear required PPE and work in cleanroom environments

Pay Details: $19.50 to $19.00 per hour
