Production Associate - Bioproduct Manufacturing

Adecco is currently hiring Production Associates for a leading biotechnology company in Lenexa, KS. This position supports the manufacturing and packaging of biological products used in research, laboratory, and healthcare-related applications. Pay Rate

$18.00 - $20.70 per hour (Pay rate varies based on shift and position assignment)

Available Shifts

1st Shift

  • Monday - Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 
  • 6:00 AM -4:30 PM (based on department) 

2nd Shift

  • Monday - Friday
  • 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift

  • Monday - Friday
  • 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Overtime may be required based on production schedules and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on department and assignment, duties may include:

  • Assemble, inspect, package, and label biological products according to established quality standards
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery
  • Prepare raw materials, components, and supplies for production processes
  • Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and accuracy
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately and timely
  • Maintain cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments in accordance with company procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Identify and report product, quality, or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Follow all safety regulations, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed

Preferred

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or production experience
  • Experience working in biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceutical, laboratory, food production, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with GMP or quality-controlled production environments

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
