Production Associate

Location: Auburn, MA
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Adecco Staffing is seeking Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Auburn, MA! This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable, hands-on individuals looking to build their experience in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable performing physical tasks, and able to follow production instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply!

Job Responsibilities

• Read and accurately use a measuring tape to ensure proper measurements.

• Cut and trim pipe according to production specifications.

• Feed raw materials into production machinery.

• Move, lift, and carry sections of pipe weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Document production activities and completed work accurately.

• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and production guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
