Production / Assembly Associate - B Shift

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Join a growing manufacturing team assembling, scanning, inspecting, and repairing small to medium-sized components. This role involves operating production equipment, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and inspect parts according to work instructions
Operate production equipment, scanners, presses, and testing devices
Perform quality checks and measurements using basic inspection tools
Complete production documentation accurately
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and other duties as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Strong communication and basic math skills
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Stand and/or sit for extended periods
Perform repetitive tasks
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Work Environment: Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with required safety equipment provided.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
