Product Owner

• Shift Available: Monday to Friday 06:00 Am to 02:00 Pm OT as needed on Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog

• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements

• Partner with Engineering, QA, UX, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Lead Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT support

• Gather stakeholder feedback and translate business needs into actionable product features

• Document business requirements, workflows, user journeys, and operational processes.

• Gather feedback from store team members, delivery operations, dispatchers, support teams, and business stakeholders.

• Monitor product performance, identify improvements, and support release activities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years of as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay Details: $61.87 per hour
