Procurement Specialist

Adecco is assisting a client in Parsippany, NJ in recruiting for a Procurement Operations Specialist. This is a hybrid contract position (3 days onsite per week) paying $34.73/hour, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. The assignment is expected to run through August 31 with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and sourcing activities across indirect spend categories

• Manage supplier onboarding, documentation, and supplier inquiries

• Maintain supplier data and records within SAP systems

• Coordinate contract creation, approvals, renewals, and documentation

• Generate procurement reports and analyze data using Excel

• Support procurement systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, iCertis, and HighQ

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain audit-ready documentation

• Partner with Category Managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support daily procurement operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or procurement operations

• Experience with supplier onboarding, contract administration, or procurement support activities

• Strong Excel skills, including reporting, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, iCertis, or HighQ

• Power BI experience

• CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or related procurement certification

Pay Details: $34.00 to $34.73 per hour
