Responsibilities for a Processing Specialist II include but are not limited to:
Perform manual mail extraction, document processing, sorting, and reject decisioning for non-standard transactions
Complete high-speed document scanning and data entry while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
Operate mail extraction and scanning equipment including I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX, and Falcon systems
Review processing reports, audit trails, and client instructions to ensure accurate transaction processing
Candidates for Processing Specialist II must meet the following requirements to be considered:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Strong computer skills, data entry experience, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous LXBX experience, especially document scanning
Experience with high-speed mail extraction or document processing equipment
1+ year of production, processing, mailroom, scanning, or data entry experience

Shift:
Sunday: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Days Off: Tuesday & Saturday

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
