Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company located just outside of Sikeston, MO, to recruit and hire a full-time Process Engineer. 

The Process Engineer will support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, efficiency, quality, and capacity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor production processes and analyze performance data
  • Identify and resolve process issues and product deviations
  • Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and process efficiency
  • Conduct time studies and capacity analyses
  • Develop and update work instructions, process documentation, and specifications
  • Create production metrics and dashboards
  • Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams on process improvements
  • Support implementation of process changes and employee training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing
